XAT 2026 Registration – Everything You Need to Know
The registration for XAT 2026 (Xavier Aptitude Test) has started! If you are planning to do your MBA/PGDM from XLRI Jamshedpur or any of the 250+ top B-schools in India, then XAT is one of the most important exams for you.
The last date to apply for XAT 2026 is December 5, 2025. The exam will be held on January 4, 2026 in 109 cities across India.

How to Register for XAT 2026?
Follow these simple steps to fill the XAT application form:
1. Visit the official website – xatonline.in
2. Click on “Registration”
3. Enter your details – name, email ID, phone number, password, and captcha code
4. You will receive a XAT ID and registration link on your email
5. Click the link to verify your registration
If you don’t get the confirmation email within 24 hours, check your Spam/Junk folder. If still not received, contact admis@xlri.ac.in or call 1800-209-0835 (between 8 AM to 8 PM).
Filling the XAT 2026 Application Form
After registration, follow these steps:
1. Go to the XAT homepage
2. Click on “Login”
3. Enter your XAT ID and password
4. The application form will open – fill in all details like:
- Personal details
- Academic details (10th, 12th, Graduation)
- Work experience (if any)
5. Upload the following:
- Passport-size photo (less than 1 MB)
- Scanned signature (less than 1 MB)
- A valid photo ID
6. Choose your preferred exam cities
7. Review all details and tick the declaration box
8. Pay the exam fee online to complete the process

1. Class 10 marksheet
2. Class 12 marksheet
3. Graduation marksheet
4. Date of Birth proof
5. Address proof
6. Aadhaar card
7. Category certificate (if applicable)

10. Debit/Credit card or Net banking for fee payment
